How do I take care of my Exchange Life jewelry?

Our stainless steel jewelry will never fade, lose its color, or tarnish. However, to keep it shiny and clean, you can follow these recommended steps for our Sterling Silver or 18k Gold Vermeil pieces.

To prevent your Sterling Silver or 18k Gold Vermeil piece from tarnishing, there are a few steps you should always follow:

1. Wipe it regularly with a polishing cloth.
2. Remove it before going to the beach or pool.
3. Keep it away from chemicals.
4. Store it in a cloth pouch or box.

For a more thorough cleaning, soak it in warm water with a drop of dish soap, then dry and wipe it with a clean cloth

Are Exchange Life pieces waterproof?

YES! Our Stainless Steel jewelry will never fade or lose its color, even when exposed to sweat, heat, the shower, sea, or pool. We use the highest quality 316L stainless steel, plated with real 18k gold for our (rose) gold necklaces, to ensure your memories last forever.

We will replace your piece if it tarnishes or loses its color—no matter how long after ordering.

You can also add an extended lifetime warranty that covers any breakage, even if it was your own fault.
