Warranty:
We will replace your piece if you experience any defects in quality, receive a different design than what you ordered, or if it tarnishes or loses its color—no matter how long after ordering. You can also add an extended lifetime warranty that covers any breakage, even if it was your own fault.
Shipping:
Once we have received your order, we will do our best to ship it as soon as possible. The average fulfillment time is 2/3 business days because we create our products one by one to ensure the highest possible quality.
If you choose priority processing as your shipping option, your item will be fast-tracked to the front of the line to be created first and sent out within 24 hours, the shipping method itself is not faster; priority processing is just about the engraving process.
When your item is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Returns:
We have a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will issue a full refund— no worries! Please get in touch with us to send an item back, and we will assist you from there.
- All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- We don't cover the return cost - but you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us to your original payment method.
Changes After Ordering:
Did you write the wrong address or made a mistake during the customization process? We can change it, but only if your order has not been shipped out yet.
Exceptions:
If we make a mistake with the engraving, like engraving the wrong countries, we will send a new piece for free to solve the problem.
If you want to change your address or customization details, we can only do it before your order is shipped out.
If you want to cancel your order after purchasing, you can only do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the information of your address is missing, like no house number, we will reach out multiple times; if we don't get a response within a week or you fail to send us the missing information, we will send the order to the original address. We can't offer a refund if it doesn't arrive or comes late, even if it's a gift. Please respond as soon as possible—it's not complicated and will prevent this issue.
If the package has arrived at the pickup location, and you haven't picked it up, we will reach out and reship it one time, you can change the address if needed, but can't offer a refund, even if it's a gift.
Invalid Reasons:
You can choose the order of the maps by selecting what country should be on the left side and what country should be on the right side.
The maps are engraved as big as possible on the pendant so you can recognize them, not based on real-life map sizes; this way, it looks better.
The hearts are put in the middle of the maps unless a city is specified in the design information, E.g., New York, United States. We include or exclude small islands from maps based on what most customers prefer.
The size is specified on each product page; please choose the correct size.
Lastly, our font is always the same for the back quote; this font looks the best; we advise keeping your back message as short as possible for the best readability.
We don't offer a refund for these issues; if you are not sure about the design, please first reach out to us here or on social media, and then we'll send you a mockup of what it looks like so you can make sure it's exactly as you want before purchasing.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Your order will be shipped from outside your destination country, and we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. We do not collect VAT or GST. Any fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, taxes, VAT, or GST, are the responsibility of the customer.
Each offer on our website contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer. This concerns, in particular, the price, excluding customs duties and (import) VAT or GST. These additional costs will be borne by the customer. The postal and/or courier service will use the special arrangement for postal and courier services regarding customs clearance. The postal and/or courier service will collect VAT (whether or not together with the invoiced customs clearance costs) from the recipient of the goods.
