Title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer, at the point of export, before the goods enter the United States.

Our company does not own or warehouse any goods within the U.S., nor does it take part in U.S. customs filings or import procedures.

All products are manufactured and fulfilled abroad and sold on a delivered-from-abroad basis. We operate as an online retailer sourcing products from third-party suppliers.

Exchange Life, LLC does not engage in a trade or business within the United States. The company has no offices, employees, agents, or fixed place of business in the U.S. and does not conclude contracts within the United States.

Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped from international fulfillment centers. Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.

SECTION 28 - AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing up for our Affiliate Program, using the affiliate link provided post-purchase, or using any other affiliate link associated with our brand, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Paid Advertising

You are strictly prohibited from running any form of paid advertising that directs traffic to your affiliate link or any page containing your affiliate ID. This includes, but is not limited to:

The following affiliate activities are strictly prohibited. Violating any of these will result in permanent removal from the program and immediate forfeiture of all pending and future commissions:

a. Coupon & Discount Code SitesListing our affiliate links or discount codes on coupon sites such as Honey, Capital One Shopping, RetailMeNot, or similar platforms.

b. Trademark BiddingBidding on our brand name (or close variations) in paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).

c. Domain / Typo-SquattingRegistering domains that mimic or closely resemble our brand name to redirect traffic to affiliate links.

d. Toolbar, Extension, or Adware UseUsing browser extensions or software that inject affiliate links, pop-ups, or banners without explicit user consent.

e. Incentivized TrafficOffering users rewards, cashback, giveaway entries, or any form of incentive to click or buy through your affiliate link.

f. Misrepresentation of BrandPretending to represent our brand, using our logo, brand name, or tone without permission, or misleading users into believing you're officially affiliated.

g. Unauthorized Email UseSending affiliate links through scraped email lists or to existing customers of our brand.

h. Rebrokering / Sub-Affiliate NetworksEnrolling others into the program under your ID or funneling traffic through other affiliate networks without our approval.

i. Fake Accounts / Bot TrafficUsing bots, fake accounts, or automation tools to drive traffic, clicks, or purchases.

3. Enforcement and Disqualification

We reserve full discretion to:

• Deny or withhold commission payments.
• Remove affiliates from the program at any time.
• Forfeit earned commissions without prior notice, especially in cases of suspected or actual violations, even based on reasonable determination using available data and internal monitoring tools.

We maintain this policy to protect the fairness, integrity, and sustainability of our affiliate ecosystem.
